Labbrand Expands Global Presence with New York Office Launch

With offices already established in Europe and Asia, Labbrand offers brand creation, brand growth, and brand innovation services by translating insights into effective brand actions.

Founded in Shanghai in 2005, Labbrand is the leading China-originated global brand consultancy. As one of the first companies to offer brand innovation in 2005, over the past decade Labbrand has expanded its offerings to provide in-house research, strategy, naming, design, and digital services to numerous international brands. The consultancy’s multi-cultural and cross-disciplinary approach allows Labbrand to build brand equity for clients like Airbnb, Volkswagen, Marriot, LinkedIn, Unilever, Mondelēz and more.

“The opening of Labbrand New York is an important milestone. Since at Labbrand, we use the understanding of culture to create more impactful brand activation, this presence in a new major market along with China, Asia Pacific and Europe gives us a stronger grasp for the unique cultural levers that influence the development of brands. Labbrand New York also opens new channels for our services as we enable brand creation, brand growth, and brand innovation for our clients in more places around the world such as in the US or Latin America,” says Vladimir Djurovic, CEO and Founder of Labbrand.

“Labbrand has always been global in mindset and approach,” says Denise Sabet, Managing Director of Labbrand New York. “From our founding in Shanghai 11 years ago, to our recent expansion to Europe and now to the United States, we are uniquely placed to provide innovative branding solutions to international companies. From New York we not only work with our existing American clients looking to build strong brands here and abroad, but also brands from other regions looking to tap into the American market.”

Celebrating the launch of Labbrand’s New York office as a fully operational brand consultancy in the U.S., a commemorative party was held at the Library Hotel in Midtown Manhattan on September 29th. The party was attended by industry talents such as best-selling author Alina Wheeler and Founder of the Internationalist Ms. Deborah Malone, along with Labbrand’s CEO and Founder Vladimir Djurovic, VP & Creative Director Amanda Liu, and Managing Director of Labbrand New York Denise Sabet.
